Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions set out here apply to all orders placed using the Aquasportonline.com website. (this web site) by the customer (you) identified as the person making payment for goods and/or services from Aquasport International.
1. By submitting an order using the Aquasportonline.com website you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Product descriptions on this web site are to the best of our ability accurate, by placing your order you acknowledge that you have not relied upon any descriptions or representations made on this web site.
3. The supply of goods are subject to availability.
4. We reserve the right not to supply an order placed using this web site.
5. In the event that product specifications, including but not limited to descriptions, price, stock availability, that are presented on this web site are incorrect we reserve the right to correct these errors without any liability.
6. We attempt to provide a clear representation of the colours of products but due to variances in hardware, monitors and graphics cards, colours displayed on this web site may not be an exact match to the colour of the product. We accept no liability for any variation between the colours of products displayed on this web site and the actual colour of the products.
7. We will only supply goods to UK mainland addresses.
8. We will only sell goods to persons who are 18 years or over, and reserve the right to refuse any order where insufficient proof is provided.
9. The use of the goods supplied from this web site require the user to be qualified or appropriately supervised by a recognised diving professional. It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold the appropriate qualifications from a recognised training organisation before using these items.
10. We make every effort to properly inspect every item in your order before it is shipped, this does not however guarantee that the items are faultless, it may however cause some delay in despatching your order. We accept no liability for any issues caused by the delay in shipment and accept no liability for any issues or delays should any of the items be faulty upon arrival.
11. In the event that any items you have ordered are not in stock, we accept no liability for any delays due to items being out of stock.
12. Despatch times shown on the web site are estimated and we accept no liability for issues caused by a delay in despatch of your order.
13. We do not part ship an order placed using this web site, we will wait for all items to be available. If this means that your order will be delayed for more than 5 days we will contact you to offer you the option of part shipment of your order, which may involve additional postage, or to cancel part or all of your order.
14. When placing your order you have the option to withhold your e-mail address from us. You accept that in the event of any delays or problems with your order, if you have withheld your e-mail address we will be unable to contact you and we will cancel your order.
15. We will not share any information about you gained through placing your order with any other organisation, other than where required to by legal obligation.
16. To provide you with the highest level of on online payment protection we only use reputable third party card payment services, which means that we do not store any card details you may use in the payment of your order, please see the terms and conditions of the relevant card payment service provider for more information. We accept no liability for any loss or misuse of your card details when used to order from this web site.
17. Charges for training courses will be made against your card at the time of booking, where charges for goods will be made at time of despatch.
18. You can cancel your order in full or in part at any time prior to the despatch of your order in writing via email, or notify us by telephone. If you notify us by telephone we will request written confirmation and will not despatch the order pending the written confirmation.
19. You can return all or part of your order for any reason within 10 days of receiving your order to receive a full refund for the returned items less any cost of post and packaging incurred by Aquasport International. Please contact us prior to returning any goods.
20. Items that are made to order can only returned if faulty and deemed to be so by a qualified person.
21. Cancellation or postponement of training courses can be made for any reason up to 14 days before the first scheduled session for the chosen course. A £35 administration fee will apply there after.
22. If you choose a course date that is due to start within 14 days of booking you will be liable for the full cost. Therefore your right to cancel will be limited by the previous condition.
23. To return any items from your order we request that you send them to the following address.

All goods should be returned using an insured, traceable service.
24. You will be responsible for the cost of return of any items unless the reason for return was due to an error made by us.
25. We reserve the right to limit any refund, where applicable, to a maximum of the charge you originally paid on the order less any costs incurred by Aquasport International.
26. When returning items please ensure the items are appropriately packaged to avoid damage in transit and that they are returned unused and complete with all labels and original packaging.
27. If a product is faulty when delivered please contact us on sales@aquasportonline.com or by telephone on 0121 706 6628 between 10:00am and 6:00pm. We will advise you on what to do next. If we ask you to return the item we will provide you with return instructions. We request to do not return the item to us unless we ask you to do so. We reserve the right not to refund postage for return of goods.
28. If the product develops a fault after use and the fault is covered by a manufacturer's warranty you may need to deal directly with the manufacturer. We will, where possible, assist you to resolve any such issue you may have.
29. Certain products sold on this web site are considered to be 'life support equipment' and should be used only by people who have been trained in their use and are appropriately qualified. You are responsible for ensuring that any items you order from this web site are in good order and suitable for use before use. We accept no liability for any loss, injury or death caused through the use or misuse of any products or services ordered using this web site.
30. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
